Hi Lila! We tested the video on our end and it seems to be playing all the way through without freezing. It might be a wifi connection thing. Try refreshing the video to see if that helps! Sending you love from LA! Xo!

Hi Lee! You don't need any equipment to do our workouts but when Marnie uses a barre you can always use a stable surface like a chair, wall, and/or counter top. Hope that helps! Sending you love! Xo!
