I think Sculpt+Stretch is probably my favorite variation outside Signatures -- it's such good physical therapy!

I have a leg length disparity and sometimes the muscles on my shorter leg get HELLA tight. This was great therapy combining strengthening AND stretching. And low impact besides! Woohoo! Def going on my faves list for when my muscles flare up again!

We all need recovery days! I'd maybe do a day or two of M/Body and then give yourself a rest day and see how you're doing before leaping back into it!

Sweated SO much in this class and felt pleasantly wrung out. Yay!

It's so nice! I'll have to scale up slowly but any progress is good progress!
