We all need recovery days! I'd maybe do a day or two of M/Body and then give yourself a rest day and see how you're doing before leaping back into it!

Sweated SO much in this class and felt pleasantly wrung out. Yay!

This was such a nice reintro into M/Body. I've had such a constellation of health issues and life changes the last year it took a bit of conditioning before I could do a class like this! Felt lovely. SO looking forward to getting back up to my M/Body several days a week.
