This was a doozy -- so much leg burn! -- but was SO FULL OF JOY!!

I haven't done a knock out sweat for a minute, and this was SO FUN!

Oh this is perhaps my fave healing hips class! The stretches on the second side were a bit shorter (likely because the first side was so long and gooey) so if you have a couple extra mins, maybe rewind and just redo the second side with the cues from the first side -- this is mostly a note to future me!! Just what I needed today!

I have come back to it several times and each time I love it even more and it is just what I am needing (which I am seeing as I look at my previous comments lol). Oh my goodness this was so lovely! Combo'd it with the 10 min sweat because I felt like a quick sweat and stretch class and it was great but think I will end up coming back to this at night ALL the time!!
