Are there any classes that have a lot of swing and/or jazz choreography. I feel like each class has elements of it, but curious if there is a class that is more swing or jazz choreography focused 💗

Finally did the Beyoncé M/BODY workout today! was motivated by Faith and Beáta’s outdoor M/BODY workouts that they posted on the gram and now have room outside our new place! The sky was beautiful! I was holding that peach. “Not bruising and not losing that peach!” At one point the sky looked like it had a heart shape!

My plan was to unpack boxes and then I realized no! I need to do this! I was like, I’m just going to do the warm up and before I knew it I was doing my favorite Marnie moves with you guys lol. Soooo needed to move my body with ya’ll! Even if I smell like a dirty sock 😂Xoxo thank you magical Marnie and fam! Also, what was the mantra? “I will live in the space between effort and surrender”? 💫💗🙏

I started out strong and when I looked through pics and calendars I noticed how positive, motivated, and felt so much momentum! My original goal was 60, but had to modify to 30 out of 60 days half way through as not to add stress to the stress I was feeling in life. When we decided to give our 30 days notice to terminate our current lease- instead of leaning into the challenge (which would have helped me) I began spiraling into a weird funk.
However, through this reflection, I realize again how important this group to me! Ended up accomplishing 42 exercises in 60 days (some outside of M/Body) and 37 self care activities.
I know how important exercise is to my mental health. Soo very grateful for this community. 💗🙏🙌💫🎉🫰💞🎸🦄🥳

A lot going on with our apartment…. It’s been rough and tough and we are scrambling to find a new place to live, but this activity made me realize that damn! A lot of great things actually happened too this week! More than 5 even! I needed to focus on the good! So thank you Marnie for this 60 day challenge activity. I think this will be our Sunday ritual from here on out!
