So I ended up doing last Wed live on Friday morning and my mom pulled out the yoga mat and started doing it with me. She isn’t pictured, but I was so proud she hung in there for at least the first 10 min. She is 76! It was so cute seeing her dance a bit!

I did the Wed healing hips vid before this long ass 4hr kayak paddle w my brother. His hips were sore afterward, mine were not! I’m crediting M/Body! Spending this week checking in on family in Kentucky… solo without Michael is weird, bc he’s my emotional support human haha, but it’s good (yet challenging at times with family). This is a weird question, but has anyone ever done a parasite cleanse and just curious on your thoughts about it… also I saw an ad for somatic exercises that look very similar to stuff in Marnie’s workouts (usually during the cool down).

In response to what we would like to see more of, the knockout sweats are my favorite! And classes based solely on stretching and meditation or restorative. Also the XXX! Haha!

I love this pic of Faith when we played at The Sidepony Music Festival together in Bisbee AZ. This is on the porch behind the hotel we stayed at. Fun memories! How awesome it is meeting up with M/Body fam in real life!

Blue skies in my neck of the woods and it warmed up enough to workout outside! Did the featured 20 min earth grounding cardio stretch! Yay the light! 💫💗

This box breathing that Marnie was talking about last week is really coming in handy!! Breath in for 4 hold for 4 exhale for 4 hold for 4. Or is it 5? Anyway… this has been so helpful this week. Had it been for you?
