Feeling so much stronger with more energy with this challenge and beginning to feel myself again living more of the here and now! My knees were a little tired so had to modify instead of jumping. Remembering the alignment of the knees in 2nd was so helpful! Xoxo

Sweaty and fiery abs! I loved the slower more intentional movements. It really had me focused on alignment. Started with 5lbs, but then it became 3lbs, then 2lbs, then 1lb by the time we got on the mat. Had my 1lb ankle weights. Kicked my ass when it came to core work! Must’ve needed that! ♥️
