This was soooo great! I love the microball. This will save so much money on massages. It’s like a self massage! My hammies and glutes were so sore and this really did the trick and calmed my nervous system. I have TOS carpal tunnel, and have a lot of nerves stuff going on. This was the best thing ever! Wonderful workout!!! 💗 I started off as desk crew during the live bc I was struggling in many ways - including my back and ankle were acting weird, but I ended up getting to the mat for the abs section of the live- it was all I could do that day and the next day my abs were feeling it in all the right ways!
