Yay! Welcome back Dre!! 💗 The Summer of Strong is a great place to start! For me, I write my workout schedule in my calendar the week before (the time I’m going to workout) I adjust if I need to fit my needs (if I’m on my period, I want more stretchy, if I’m feeling angry- I want more punchy, if I’m feeling happy- I want more dancy, etc). Marnie always says don’t think too much about it and just pick one. I like to stay kind of current and do the most recent ones, but the older ones are awesome too! If people are raving about a certain favorite workout, I like to try those too so I can be a part of the conversation. 💗 the Beyoncé and Tina Turner tribute are two of my faves if you haven’t tried those yet.💗💗💗 can’t wait to hear about your favorites!
