The knee down to the ground and back up. When I can do it, it feels like such a sense of accomplishment! Also the attitude arabesque thingy. When I lowered it, It felt wayyyyyy better. 💗💗💗🙌🙌💫

Yeah. I was going to say start small like 5 things you are grateful for- done. Or 3 things you want to accomplish this week and why. Done. Sometimes just write the thoughts that come to mind. You can always burn it or throw it away. It’s nothing you have to keep. For me, it works as a way to clear the brain chatter and “monkey mind” and mapping stuff on paper- doodles work too, but agree with Cathy- not for everyone. You can also find journals in a bookstore or Amazon that have little prompts in them.
