Omg! That was so difficult for me today! Started w 2 lbs had to change to 1lbs… that’s just where I am now. But! I feel soooo much better after this workout. I’ve been feeling a bit melancholy- This was a great reawakening! I’m a sweaty mess! Thank you Marnie and team! Xo

Awesome arm dance. I started w 5lbs Bc there wasn’t any 1 or 2 lbs weights in the workout room so I used full water bottles that were there. They worked pretty good for this. Feeling so much better after this workout! Thank you! Loved the meditation at the end! So needed to hear that today!
