So adorable!

So awesome!! I told myself I need a good knockout for joy and happiness.. I few minutes in I thought “what did I get myself into” but I kept going alternating the weights 2lbs- 1 lbs. I had a good crying release half way through and Marnie’s fun choreography and vibes got me through to the end! I never regret coming to the mat! Thank you for always being there!
