The ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system is such a healing gift from personal yogic experience. Much love to you on your journey 💗

It’s definitely a special place! Adorable btw!

Also more microball class and gentle rolling maybe with the bigger balls!

I think Michael has this too in his hip. It seems better with movement and daily micro movements.

A 70s class and a knockout class with old school rap.

So many greats!

Sweaty workout! I loved the bar stuff! And my favorite was she played At Last by Etta James for the stretch! Loved the meditation at the end.

Sending so much love, strength, and peace your way! A challenging situation to be in for sure. As my momma always said, “this too shall pass!” I’m feeling that something much better is in the works for you. And remember you can choose what you want to do. It’s always a perspective shift thinking in job interviews and making life choices you are interviewing those people/companies as much as they are interviewing you. And like Marnie was saying in the live today, listening to yourself is so important. Sending motivation for self care! It’s hard when you are feeling down! Trust me, I know! I come to this platform so much in times like these. But you got this! Big hugs 🤗💗💫 we are here for you always!
