This class rocked my socks! Speaking of which- lovin those socks Marnie!! This class was everything. I had to start the stretch a little early at the end and took plenty of water breaks! Wonderful meditation at the end! Xo! The playlist!!! Omg! Lauren Hill and De La Soul on the same playlist! Knockin out all that negative BS!

If you want a kick ass push yourself class, this is what I recommend. Get w towel and water! That’s the only thing you’ll need to bring to the mat! This was my 2nd time doing this. Still challenging and took water breaks, but got through it! Feelin groovy!

Ooooh Redwoods!!! Santa Cruz would be awesome!!

LA!!! Arizona / Tucson, Phoenix? Midwest would be awesome! Louisville, KY! All the places have my vote.
