Sweaty and fiery abs! I loved the slower more intentional movements. It really had me focused on alignment. Started with 5lbs, but then it became 3lbs, then 2lbs, then 1lb by the time we got on the mat. Had my 1lb ankle weights. Kicked my ass when it came to core work! Must’ve needed that! ♥️

Kicked my butt! Had to switch to to 1lbs bc was feeling it in my neck and shoulders so that was a good modification! Definitely was feeling that in my knees on releve on the ball. Switched to smaller ball, but I really think my knees needed that push. I still have scar tissue from an old skiing injury. Loved the ab work and heart openers at the end! Definitely feeling Stronger! This is my Day 7 of 60! Love this community! 💪💪🏿💪🏽💪🏻💪🏾💪🏼💗💫
