Sweaty and fiery abs! I loved the slower more intentional movements. It really had me focused on alignment. Started with 5lbs, but then it became 3lbs, then 2lbs, then 1lb by the time we got on the mat. Had my 1lb ankle weights. Kicked my ass when it came to core work! Must’ve needed that! ♥️

Awesome! Way to go! I do something similar too. The calendar on the app is pretty groovy too if you miss one and want to double up on a day when you have more in ya!
