I’ve been having some issues with glaucoma and I’m trying to avoid being upsidedown until I’ve gotten things under control. Any suggestions for good standing workouts? So far I’ve got 262 standing sweat, 264 barre burn that is mostly standing, and 316 abs and arms that was mostly standing. Any others? Thank you!

45! Sometimes 60! I rarely do the shorter ones because they don’t feel like a full workout and I don’t like stacking them because of the warm up/cool downs doubling

I like 30 and 60 minute classes. I’d love some classes that can be done in hotel rooms (eg no floor work)
