Returning to the most recent 60 day challenge while healing from a cervical spine injury, and surprise surprise, this class is effectively everything I'm doing to support, strengthen, and release my back/spine in PT and then some. I chose low-impact options and took some of the choreo at half speed to focus on form + expanding my heart space + being grounded feels good right now, and I was still so so so sah-weaty. The foot health talk at the end was very timely. I also have bunions from wearing tight shoes almost my whole life, and I'm excited to incorporate the exercises Marnie showed us!

Lisa! Thanks for this message and reminder and for sharing a little about your experience. ❤️‍🩹 I’m interested in how you manage it now/how long it’s been! Did you also have trauma to that area?

I think Marnie recently asked which video makes us feel most "alive." This is definitely one of them! The arm series worked my postural muscles in ALL the ways that make me feel strong and supported, especially while healing from this neck injury. The floor series spoke to my spine in a way I wasn't expecting, and again felt more grounded and in touch with my core!! I personally love these low-impact classes - I feel like they're a permission slip to really tune in to sensations and activations, and that's what makes me feel alive.
