I usually do 30 min workouts in the week, but I hopped on this one and I was so delighted by the 45 minutes of focused flows, playful cardio flushes and sweaty sculpts. Definitely revisiting this one!!

This is adorable! I really enjoy my 2.2 pound weights and 5 lb weights if it’s sustainable (like that one live sesh where Marnie randomly upped the weight). Proud of your accomplishments!

I love this so much! The fact that we are in this together (parenting is so sacrificial and selfless!) and able to share and support that you are not alone and well done hitting the mat!

This class has a really playful flow combo on the floor and I was so challenged but enjoyed every second of breath and movement
