I hope this makes sense, taking a risk here 😬💗 but I’m actually trying to find out which end of the scale of life I need to lean toward or focus on more each day and allowing myself contentment in that. I’m finding it changes daily. For example, one day my teaching needs to absorb more of me and that’s ok. Other days I need to lean towards a sick kiddo. Still others I need to prioritize alone time or time to move my body over other legitimate (often demanding) areas. So, in part, accepting that some days will not be evenly balanced and that’s OKAY⚖️.

Congrats!! Your pic is gorgeous and looks like a similar location to where I got engaged many moons ago. (Did you hike?!)

This was ideal on a day with sore legs and glutes from yesterday, but wanting to connect with my abs a bit. Bonus! Full of active stretches for my sore muscles and the choreography was restorative for my nervous system. Thank you Marnie for holistically planning the care in these sessions!

If you’re feeling low energy or hormonally dysregulated, this is absolutely achievable and worth your time! I am glad to be sweaty and to feel a release of tension physically and emotionally. Logging this one away for next time!

I love this post! I didn’t achieve as much as I wanted either due to unforeseen circumstances that took priority. But girl, we got on the mat more than we probably would have like Marnie said in the live today! So we celebrate!!

Caterina, yes! I had it with my son (he’s 3 now) and I’ve found if I’m not careful, it can separate a bit again if I do too much ab work without modification. I agree that pelvic floor therapy is a must! I can also share some more resources (exercises) with you too if that’s helpful. The movement ball is also a must! I rely heavily on that in these workouts for any floor ab work 💗
