Wow! I've heard that WI has some pretty wicked winter weather! ❄️

Not weird at all. Whatever reminds us of home is special. If I lived where it didn't snow, I would definitely miss it. Plus you can take the prairie girl out of the prairies, but you can never take the prairies out of the girl! 😍❄️

Cathy P we're all safe. Thanks for asking 🙂. And yes the car just barely fits! 😂

Jessica Davis that is a lovely offer! Haven't been to California in years!

Yes I'm sure to a SK girl that's just a regular snow! We've also been in a deep freeze for a couple of weeks. Us Ontarians are getting a taste of the prairies. Hope you are enjoying Cali! 😍☀️

Digging out from Toronto's biggest ever one day snowfall (55cms sorry I don't know what that is in inches). As you can see in the pix, finding a place to put all of the snow became quite the conundrum ❄️😁. Needless to say, I'm not doing too many arm and shoulder workouts! 😂 Hope everyone is staying warm and safe. Sending lots of love to Minnesota and Iran and... 🙏♥️

What an amazing start to this challenge! 45 mins Signatures (and 45 mins in general) are my fave classes. All parts of my body feel alive and stretched. Such a balanced class. Thanks as always. Looking forward to journeying with the G/fam. And congrats to @Monique on her engagement.

OMG!!! I freaking love this class!!! The name is perfect. It is so gooey and wiggly. Who would have ever thought that I could one day do slow lunges with my front heel on a ball?! WOW!! Thank you so much.

Mayo (mah-yo), how kind and loving of you to ask how I'm doing. Especially since you are carrying your own pain. Honestly I am having a tough time. I so desperately want to seek and embrace joy, but instead I seem mired in sadness and uncertainty. Trying to be gentle with myself and embrace gratitude each day. I truly have so many blessings. It's not that I lack faith. I know that God is with me but I can't seem to get out of my own way. Must remember to breathe and trust. 🙏
