Hello lovely fam. I just wanted to say thank you for all of the support and positive energy that you have been sending to me and my family as my parents both struggled. I have beautiful news. My mom is doing better and my dad's suffering ended yesterday. He passed very peacefully with my brother , nephew and me holding his hands and telling him how much we love him. He was 89 years old. It has been incredibly difficult but I am at peace knowing that he is no longer trapped in a body that was failing him more and more each day. Love you Dad. Miss you like crazy.Â
P.S. The picture is of the two of us (and my dog Lefty) in the summer of 1979. I was 11 years old. He was 45.
