Just returning to the mat as I recover from strep throat.  This was just what I needed.  Missed Marnie and the mat so much.  So good to be back. Lovely class .  So good for the body and the soul.  And as always, stretching with Marnie is a good upper body workout too.

Wow!!! Stunning. I feel your pain regarding the exchange rate.  The Canadian dollar is also horrid against the US one. I am close to retirement and need to plan financially but I just can't give up on my physical or mental health either.
