Every time a new song started I would squeal in delight.  This class was groovy to the max!!! It definitely did not gag me with a spoon!!! Loved Marnie's outfit and her whole vibe.  She was on 🔥.

Hello Stephanie. Greetings from Toronto. Sending you love and peace and joy during your time of grief. My dad died this summer as well. The hole in my heart is real. 

It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Be gentle with yourself. Even 10 minutes on the mat makes a difference. I often find myself telling my self-critic: "That's enough. You're not being helpful." 

Balancing all of life's many facets is challenging at the best of times. Between work, caring for my elderly mother with dementia, ongoing cancer prevention and aging (I'm 55), it can be overwhelming. Trust that you know what you need. Youve got this. 💕🤗
