Just returning to the mat as I recover from strep throat. This was just what I needed. Missed Marnie and the mat so much. So good to be back. Lovely class . So good for the body and the soul. And as always, stretching with Marnie is a good upper body workout too.

Mayo (MAH-yo)Looking forward to working out with you too!!! I'm a teacher here in Canada and we get a really good deal with a local gym, but I'm so done with the gym scene (long before Covid). M/body is more expensive but well worth it!! Happy holidays (if you celebrate) and Happy New Year!!!❣️

Wow!!! Stunning. I feel your pain regarding the exchange rate. The Canadian dollar is also horrid against the US one. I am close to retirement and need to plan financially but I just can't give up on my physical or mental health either.
