I used this program to regain my fitness after a sedentary pandemic. I spent the first year only using the 20 minute and 30 minute programs, but I was very consistent. This approach worked for me.

I have loved using my Apple Watch to monitor my progress. I find the data to be really motivating. My resting heart rate is now in the lower 60s!
