Congratulations Natania! I had a C section and a VBAC. It definitely took much longer for me to feel any core engagement after the C section. Personally, I waited the recommended 6 weeks before doing anything more than walking, and started with gentle ballet workouts. Honestly, for core work I started by just gently engaging/tensing and releasing my abs for a few minutes every day while brushing my teeth. Ab work on the mat, on your back at first and with supports and modifications similar to pregnancy will likely help you build strength (it took me quite a while to be able to do a full sit up!)

Apart from the stretch/recovery videos, I find that the “ballet” flows are also quite approachable and usually low impact. More fluid than bouncy, but a great opportunity to reconnect with your body and you will definitely build strength. Welcome back! 💜

I noticed the new "Shop Marnie's Outfit" section under the videos! Thank you! 🤩

New book recommendation- just finished and loved The Wedding People by Alison Espach. Check content warnings but it is overall an uplifting read!

Interesting method! How do you search by date? Or do you just browse the videos and check the date in the descriptions?

I think I can still make it 💜

Love this format for low impact cardio/recovery days!
