Hey friends,
Coming back after a bit of a break and I feel RUSTY. Looking for suggestions on videos that are a bit โ€˜easierโ€™ to help build my strength up again. โ€˜Easyโ€™ is subjective but Iโ€™d love your ideas. 30 min is my sweet spot but obvi open to anything that comes to mind. Recovery flows are probably a safe bet generally? Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š
