That was lovely indeed! 💞 I sometimes ignore my body’s nudge to work out during the week due to tiredness at the end of the day (I can’t really get an exercise in during the morning because of my minis), but then I regret it the following day 🥲 The last message was a great reminder to listen to my body.

I live for the stretches in all the classes with M/BODY! 🤌🏻 No one does it better.

This is probably my favorite 60-mins workout, coming from a person who rarely does 60 mins! I think I liked the newness of not using the ball with the barre moves, and all the standing leg moves swinging straight, back, and to the sides was superb for the hips and lower back for me 😍
