😌 Feeling like a perfectly-kneaded dough of bread after this one, having been worked out from head to toe! What a release to finally do a 45-mins class after spraining my ankle and taking things easy as of late. Ankle weights were a killer! Barely survived the last move of raising a leg in the air while having my butt elevated simultaneously. I’m GRATEFUL for being able to get back to my routine and being able to MOVE.

Marnie recommends wearing something loose fitting, and I later wished I did them in my PJs…🌝(Not because it induces sleep, of course, but because it’s relaxing!) It relieved me of the mild headache I had before going into class; a delightful surprise and a bonus!

Beginning the class with Billie Eilish set the mood for me like Taylor does for Marnie 😘 Like Sheryl said, all the floor to standing is quite challenging for me but it’s what I need to grow, so I’ll be coming back to this again! I loved the physical and emotional release in this one for me…🤲🏻
