Adorable, and your outfit is cute too! ✌🏻 I’m completely a morning person and wake up at 5:00, but like you, I don’t have much strength in my body for a workout. I like to have quiet time and prepare for the day before the kids wake up. My preferred workout time is later in the morning and after breakfast, but I can’t as a homeschooling mom so I have to sacrifice my evenings for a workout, but the sacrifice is worth it 😊

This is probably my top 3! 👏🏻I was completely absorbed into the workout… Love it when I feel the burn on the surface of my skin and my face looks a bit like a tomato 🔥 The punches and kicks are such stress busters that I’ll need to come back to this when PMS symptoms kick in.

Marnie, your infectious energy, joy, and knowledge is what brings me back to your classes 💖 Themed classes with happy music I will always choose, even though I rarely do the 60 minutes ones! Super cute outfit, by the way. Reminds me of Barbie!

That was lovely indeed! 💞 I sometimes ignore my body’s nudge to work out during the week due to tiredness at the end of the day (I can’t really get an exercise in during the morning because of my minis), but then I regret it the following day 🥲 The last message was a great reminder to listen to my body.
