This could be my favorite class ever…!! 🤯✨A must-revisit, time and time again, to heal any lower back pain. It’s like physical therapy, but better! The burn sneakily comes up to the glutes, arms, and legs 🔥 The stretch at the end was unbelievable as well for the tight inner thigh from the previous class. Marnie’s a genius!

Ankle weights and ball classes are my favorites! 🙌🏻 It’s great to have these slower but fiery sessions in the catalogue to go to on our lower energy or injury days. That leg split and circling in the end was a killer!

In true Marnie fashion, she makes the best use of her injury by bringing us refreshing new moves 🫶🏻 You inspire me to not make excuses, to not throw myself a pity party, but to show up!

Loved the balletic moves and flowing on the mat with you ladies! It was my first time working out with the Manduka yoga mat recommended on Marnie’s Amazon which was fantastic 🤗
