I LOVE the 20’s!! And 30’s, even though 45 & 1 hour are great, they’re more occasional! Especially in pregnancy. 🤰🏻
In this period in my life 30 & 45 mins! I tend to get back to those ones more frequently. They are so unique and creative and I love how unpredictable they are, and still long enough to sweat it all out. It is just easier to fit into my week day schedule and lately I feel like I rather do a shorter one but get to the mat more often than a longer one and skip days because I feel a bit sore. I need way more stretch flows, cuz they are a minority in the catalogue 😊 & I LOVE THEM!
During weekdays I try to do at least 30 mins but lately I’ve been really focusing in on 20 since being asked to commute back to the office again 🙁 Weekends I’m free for 45-60 mins 🙌🏻
I like the ones 45 and under for my schedule! However, the 60-minute format is so effective!
Definitely the 45 and 69 minute-ers. I need the endorphins and don’t get ‘em I less they’re longer!!
