I love 30 and 45 min classes! Its perfect to block an hour of time for a class and a break after. Barre classes are my fave

Please can we have more ten minute classes? The under twenty ones are all mostly over twenty - I need something quicker for mornings. Thanks!

I gravitate towards 30 min in the week and 45-60 on the weekends. I love it when boxing/kick boxing are incorporated and the focus on balance and wiggles is SO fun!

20 and 30 minute classes are my go-to during the week. Since I do those more often, I find I repeat many of these classes over and over, so I'd love even more to choose from!

My suggestion is not really for a class as much as for each class. I would love to have more breath work incorporated into the stretches (the breathe in four counts, hold it, breath out). This was a common thing in some of the earlier ones, and I adore this practice!!

My favourites classes will always be the M/<60s, I feel so much better, in every way, after a signature class! I find the nature of the signature classes, the longer length, the changes in heart rate and the stretch mid way through, makes them more manageable for me. I also love the current setup of two LIVEs for each of the 20s, 30s, 45s and 60s per month.

My rule is I’m not putting on cute leggings unless it’s for 60 mins (45 is the shortest I’ll go). There’s something so meaningful about taking that hour for yourself and fully experience sweat, sculpt, stretch and booty shakin’.

I love having the choice. During the week it is easier to fit in the 30-45 minute workout and then the 60 minute on the weekend. I would love to participate in a live in the morning on the weekend, but I am in AST so four hours ahead! Ouch! I would say the most common length I choose is 45 minutes. <3
