I don't have a fur baby, but I like to introduce Woizhold, our little hand puppet who joins us whenever my sister and I go on a hike without my niece. Woizhold will give my niece updates of what we are doing while we are gone. I shall let him join me on the mat sometime :)

I mean I want to say I felt the love and calm from having him in class. Marnie I love the idea of having your pups on screen during a class. It was very calming.
My cat Mischa was OBSESSED with Twiggy. She hopped right up and kept booping with her nose 😂
