Cardio is very hard for me with navigating my chronic fatigue and other chronic illnesses (I say as I teach spin 3 days a week 😮‍💨) but my body is absolutely LOVING “Power Sculpt” classes lately!! I’d love to see more low/no impact, slower + heavier weight focused classes 🤍

I would like some more instruction on how to do ab work “properly”. I am in pelvic floor physical therapy and apparently I’ve been using my abs wrong while doing floor ab exercises. I’ve also heard other women on tiktok saying the same thing about Pilates ab work (issues with doming). Some more beginner/basics classes might be good for all of us.

Also, always love a posture class :)

just came here to make a request for that female rock class Marnie mentioned in the latest 60 min workout. I would love a full 60 minute signature sculpt class with female rock music! ❤️

my simple request would be to have more frog pose in our cool downs. finding my inner thigh & hip socket area muscles super tight lately, and doing this stretch more would be marvelous.

Craving strength training! I’ve been loving the power sculpting and even searching out more strength training outside of this app, my body has been craving it and loving it! I’d also love more deep stretches. I’ve been working towards my splits and I’m *thiiis* close so I’d love some classes focused on flexibility etc too. And I always love a barre class and a fun themed class!! 🤍🤍🤍

I’m not able to join lives at the moment, but I always love catching up on anything cardio dance related or power sculpts! They make me feel energetic and strong! ❤️
