Hi Fam! I just did the newest Planksgiving class this morning, and the messages from Marnie about gratitude reminded me of a quote by Ariana Grande, in a recent interview she did with Interview Magazine. She said, "I'm carbonated by gratitude." I just love the image of being buoyed by gratitude, and thought you might appreciate it too!
Extremely grateful for this community and practice - it has carried me through many different phases of life and continually helped me ground and return to myself. Happy belated Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans, and Happy Holiday season to all!Â
