I did Knockout Sweat today and will resume the 10 day challenge on Monday.
My 2 year old granddaughter discovered my crystals this morning. I started to take them from her, but I let her hold them and explained to her what they are. Might as well start them early. ♥️♥️♥️🦋🦋🦋👑👑👑
