Coming here to say hi, and I'm looking forward to being motivated by everyone! I'm aiming for the 30/60 challenge. I won't be able to join the live with my time zone in Japan but it's so nice that I can feel more connected with everyone and challenge myself. Questions: how much lemon do you squeeze into 32oz of water? What can you drink instead of celery for those who can't tolerate celery? And do you get disqualified if you didn't complete the challenge perfectly? (say you did 29/60 workouts or if you didn't do all the daily wellness activity).

Hi Mayo! Welcome! I do 1 whole lemon for 32oz of water. Also, the challenge doesn’t have to be done perfectly! You do what works for you— it’s more about developing principles that are important to us along the way with a physical facet. I’m a perfectionist and so it’s taken me a few challenges to get this aspect down! Also, several of the fam don’t love celery, so they swap for some other juice, or make a mix. It’s all about learning and listening to yourself and what you need!

Hi Mayo! WELCOME TO YOUR FIRST CHALLENGE! We are so happy you are here 🥰 Marnie recommends a full lemon or lime in your 16oz or 32oz glass of water! It’s best to drink it at room temperature and right when you wake up on an empty stomach! You can also add ginger or cayenne! Xo!

Welcome Mayo!! I think it's a half a large lemon or one small lemon? Folks chime in if I'm wrong!! I can't drink lemon juice so I just do water :-). The challenge is flexible so you can do what's best for you!
