My goals for this challenge are:

1). Flow through it—the workouts and the challenges life has to throw my way.

2). Less screen time. More meaningful time. More books. More sleep. More quiet moments, without stimulation.

3). Fight the urge to pause and rewind when I miss a moment (although we love rewind buttons!). Sometimes I use that as a crutch to take a quick break when I know I have the power to push through. Although that leads into: 

4). Trust myself and my own instincts. Do what feels good, which means modifications if I need them AND pushing myself to drop that extra inch

when I know I have the energy.
