Balance has been off with my workout life and my home projects, my hubby and I have been busy around the yard on the weekends. So it was amazing to get back to the mat this morning ✨

I need more balance in my “fun mama” role vs my “household” work role. I find myself trying to keep the kids busy with a movie so I can do dishes or laundry etc. I would like to leave the messy kitchen a little more to play and enjoy my kiddos ❤️
