Thanks M/BODY for keeping me strong! I unexpectedly had to walk up our hill home in the snow! Two trucks were stuck on our steep grade and I had to leave my car at the bottom and walk up, I made it no problem while being 37+ weeks pregnant ❄️

I have found that I have been saving everything recently to my ‘favorites’ ❤️ list! Lol, anyone else 😂

Oh my gosh we had a rough end to 2022 with both girls getting RSV and one being hospitalized for 6 days…. I myself got it followed by a sinus infection. I am thankful to put a close to 2022 and have everyone home for the start of 2023 and on the mend. Today was my first workout in 3 weeks! It was challenging but felt so good.

OMG I am so freaking excited for the retreat 2023!!! October will be my 40th birthday what better way to celebrate!
