Not even sure how it happened but 2 weeks just slipped right by without some Marnie in my life! Happy to be moving again and plan to make the live this weekend! Also photo credit my 4 year old 😂🥰

Last night I took an outdoor yoga class at a winery with my sister-in-law. It was my first outing since having our baby 3.5 months ago and boy was it amazing to be out in nature and enjoy some adult time.
I’m grateful for my husband watching and putting our three girls to bed for us.
I’m grateful to live in such a beautiful area filled with so much nature (and wineries).
I’m grateful my baby happily takes a bottle allowing me some adult time.

It has been hard to pin down one goal…. Funny as that seems…. But this week my goal is leave all my “snarky” comments towards my hubby at the door. I love him to pieces but sometimes he becomes the outlet of my frustration which is not geared towards him, just comes out at him. More love, less rude.

I try to go outside everyday with the girls to enjoy and be in nature, to let them run and scream without me having to say “inside voices” lol. I know it’s good for them and often forget how good it is for me too!

So….. the balance is currently in favor of this little nugget and I’m ok with that (she needs me and I know she is only this tiny for such a short time). I have yet to make to the mat since starting our challenge on Saturday, lol. Tomorrow for sure! And definitely Saturday since my hubby will be home to help.

My goal is to up my current workout schedule from 2 classes per week to 4, completing 30 classes in 60 days.
To continue to build strength and endurance back post baby #3.
To eat healthier and kick some of the “bad” but oh so tasty eating habits I started while pregnant.
Let’s do this!
