Congrats!! So happy for you! My best advise for getting back into classes is no class is off limits and just listen to your body. I didn’t do any impact of jumps for a few months and core I had to modify for a while with support of a ball or lying flat. Give yourself grace and you’ll do great! It’s a journey ✨
