😍😍 I’m ready for a revival of those due baby posts to brighten the day! I hope you’re inspiring a re-boot of that, Leslie!

Hi Nicole!! So glad you’re a part of M/BODY community in 2023! Yesss Marnie Alton’s profile on Spotify has class playlists! And you can download classes from the M/BODY app if you’re ever planning ahead to be out of wifi range but want to make it to the mat. Rock those sweat curls - that’s how your hair is cheering on your heart, lungs, and muscles for a job well done 👏

Another class favorited right away. The choreography has notes of familiarity with new twists. The playlist (posted on Marnie Alton’s Spotify!) was fabulous- this community’s requests submitted on Instagram is impressive. The floor work with the M/ovement ball was all challenge and cussing and glory. Cannot wait to do this again!

I came back to this a second time (less than a week after doing it Live) because I craved that afterlife feeling in my legs and glutes this class provides the next few days afterward. 💀😶‍🌫️😇💝

This is a MUST try class- sooo sweaty in just 30 mins using just your body! Absolutely perfect for traveling- you only need to have a leg’s extension space around you (and know the ceiling height you’re under for some jumps 😬). Don’t forget you can download classes so you can play them on the app without streaming. 👏

This starts out quick and gets your heart rate up and your body warm. My brain was working the whole time with the choreography combos, ranging from standing, to the barre, and 100% while on the floor. I’m definitely coming back to this to try to catch the moves for the first set of each. The floor core was firey!

Also finally caught up with this class! Standing into the final stretches. Bouncy, use of weights but great for travel too (just need space to extend your legs out to the side and a bit in front/behind you). Kept my heart rate up. The combos were not too tricky so fairly easy to keep up. Builds heat and energy for the day!

9am or 10am PST generally works for me both days (work schedule and child’s activity calendar impact either option from time to time). I’m just commenting to show some support in this process. 👊😉
