Oh Lizamary ❤️❤️❤️ What a difficult season. I agree w/ sounds of burnout (exactly HOW many storms have you weathered in the past few months? Like literal hurricanes impacting you and your loved ones in PR, as well as the emotional ones that roll through in our own lives and within our roles: at work, as a mom, as a spouse, as a friend… the list goes on. Also sometimes we are in a state of transformation and may not readily see that, but damn we FEEL it. Things that used to work are no longer, things we used to feel have shifted. It’s scary when it’s unknown, and yet this may also be a shift, an evolution, a metamorphosis in some way happening for you. You do so many things well, and you are so strong for yourself and for others. Vulnerability may not be comfortable, but the fact you’re exploring that is also telling of your growth. I am here for you. So many others are as well. It’s hard to reach out, but if this is a “trust fall” you know we’ll catch you. I am so proud of you and your beautiful, tough, strong, tearful journey.

This class pairs boxing with dance and is an energizing class to pull up that power within you

35 minute no equipment class, with lots of jumping jacks in the dance warmup series,a few minutes on the mat focused on glutes (keeping your brain active), and super brief plank action at the end. Even though this was a jumpy class to build energy, there are always lower impact modification choices presented.

This was Signature class perfection for abs, glutes, and hips/thighs!

I saw this on IG before catching up on the CB, but I am hoping this healing journey goes well for you and you can focus in on ALL the other aspects of your greatest health and wellness (that don’t involve using your foot). As frustrating as this must be, it would be so cool to be in a more progressed state of wellness in any other area of your life too (healthier thoughts? Healhier habits? Healthier self-talk? Healthier boundaries? Progress on working through the crap that keeps coming up and requiring your attention? None of those are specific to you Marisol, but just brainstorming). Either way, wishing you a speedy recovery and a lot of self-compassion.
