Workout starts right around minute 11:30. Just need a mat and weights (I added a ball between my knees for the short hip raises when resting on tibia/bottom legs just b/c of my knee sensitivity). Fabulous cardio barre sculpt- I am working on running toward the cardio instead of away from it. Appreciate hearing Marnie's form corrections as that always seems helpful at home. Flow keeps it going even when sweat is dripping into my eyes. Thanks for the video drop!

So good! So sweaty- I had to pause and wipe my arms before continuing the floor series. Felt great afterward!

This sculpt class had me shaking! It's filled w/ helpful form reminders/corrections/notes that is perfect for someone new and perfect for someone in it for a while to make sure they're positioned where they need to be to work the right muscles and stay safe. Marnie's words from the start of the cool down stretches to her mindful moments at the end were so richly beautiful. Enjoyed the moves, but favoriting for the form notes and the messages b/c I need to hear them again.

This class felt great for the legs. Tapping into strength in stillness but some wonderful stretching and sculpting. I needed a quick barre class and this was it!

So sweet! I really like how Cass verbalized that in her comment too- it can be so hard to take the time for our wellness but it is so important!

This class was FABULOUS! The barre choreo was challenging but felt so beautiful doing. The standing on one leg in relevรฉ had me shaking and sweating but in all the best ways. Favoriting right away!

Iโ€™ve been eyeing this class and finally tried it. My obliques are definitely talking back immediately after. Low impact options but enough jumps and quick pace to keep up the heart rate without being too overwhelming. No equipment makes this a great travel workout!
That is so exciting!! It takes so much courage to face when things are not aligned for us and then to actually make concrete steps (and follow-through) to create the changes we need and be open to how that unfolds, especially when we are not sure how it will work out but we trust the process. Does your new employer have any suggestions for connecting with others for housing? Would any universities in the city have postings for a tenant? Does it make sense to start with an AirBNB for short-term while you explore more long-term housing options? I donโ€™t know you but I am so proud of how you are creating this new opportunity for yourself and honoring the possibilities that can unfold for you!

Oh no! Iโ€™m so sorry you and your family are sick. Please continue to respect what your body needs and may be telling you it needs: rest (especially as a mother/wife so often we take care of others before ourselves), hydration, etc. Please do not push yourself to take on more than you can at this time as that can slow your recovery. Sending you healing vibes!
