Fabulous no-equipment class; wonderful for traveling! Great combo moves. I had to really focus on trying to keep my hips aligned and not let them move up with my legs while on all fours. Will have to come back to that for form progress.

Needed something quick for a small space while traveling (and eating and drinking all the things). This was perfect!

So good! I have a lot of exposure to country music growing up, but it’s not my go-to. And yet that doesn’t matter for that class- it all blends and flows and was so good! I am excited for the country loving fam for this class though 🤠

I sneakily watched this during a meeting, but was able to do the workout this next morning. This is a great class of blending signature moves moving from standing, to barre, to floor, back to barre, and ending on the floor. Pace keeps up, but it's so doable. Regardless of your music tastes, check out this class! Worth the wait to explore a country themed barre class that broke the internet last weekend ;)

Came back to this class - it's 100% standing. Brief weights intertwined into cardio dance series at the end. Compound strength building and "elegant strength" as Marnie says. The message about opportunities at the end is beautiful.

So cool!! I love when things translate off the mat to enhanced physical strength (or a kinder attitude toward ourselves/our journeys). Cheers to your progress- paddleboarding looks fun but not easy (a lot of core strength and balance)

I started this class feeling cranky, and by the end I am calmer, I am feeling more flexible and reminded of my strength. I always love a warrior pose as well!

The floor series of this class in the final 2/3 or so of the time was wild - it was firey, it was challenging, it was freeing. The whole class was good, although it did feel like a long 60 minutes (which is likely my own energy level not necessarily reflective of the class). Definitely try this class, it has a little bit of everything! I feel all my muscles from my back, arms, stomach, hips (loved the hip stretches!), and certainly my legs to my feet. Amazing!

This is a great class! It's familiar moves and yet they felt different. You're going through class and then all of the sudden when the weights start to feel almost too heavy, it's okay because it's time to move to the floor. And then so quickly afterward, you're doing your final stretches and hearing Marnie's beautiful messages of imbalance to find balance and our connections to the earth, stars, and each other. Wonderful 30 minute class!

This class connects you with your power! It is quick-paced, filled with combos that keep your brain active/present, and detoxing with all of the cross-centerline moves and sweat. I loved the kickboxing inspo and will keep coming back to this class in the catalog! Love that this is Danni’s birthday class!! ❤️🥳❤️
