20 minutes that will NOT waste your time - not a cardio bursting class but a wiggly, sweaty, and challenging (not from complexity but from focusing in on the balance and the movement). Playground balls work well, but the M/ovement ball is more grippy and a helpful tool! Favoriting for when I need a shorter length class and to sweat but don't feel bouncy and jumpy.Â
