Hi Mayo! Thank you for posting so we can connect. I also first found Marnie on PopSugar Fitness on YouTube, and I’ve been on the M/BODY platform since February 2022. I have a mini (almost age 6) and my M/BODY workouts are my “me time” and how I manage life’s stress. I imagine Lives are almost impossible if they’re during the middle of the night, but I hope you feel that shared energy even when doing the cataloged workouts at other times. I’ll send you some of that loving community energy during my next workout and hope you feel it!

Abs/core and arms are feeling this class! How am I over 6 months into my M/BODY journey and yet still amazed at the sweat from non-cardio classes?? This was a solid 30 mins one and I’m so glad it was included in the Fam Favs list (even though I think this was my first time doing it).

Immediately favored - your legs will thank you after (but may make you a cuss angel during) and the abs series at the end is fiiiiiiire! Low impact but high sweat.

Ohhh Marisol, that’s a fun place to be- ready to upgrade from a chair! I’m sure there will be some great suggestions coming from others and if you search in the community board I think you’ll find similar posts to explore. I bought my portable, adjustable barre from FaceBook Marketplace and was glad to get one second hand and cheaper. The width *just* fit in my small SUV, so consider measurements if you go this route so you can transport it (or deconstruct it to fit). Mine is aluminum looking so it doesnt have the beauty of the wood, but it has 2 barres that are adjustable heights. I’m tall so this is a nice feature. The aluminum is light and easy to move. This isn’t the brand of mine, but this is what mine looks like:

I adored the yoga flow in this one, and adding it to my personal lists of classes suitable for my late evening workouts (not too stimulating) and also gentle for when cycles demand loving movement but cannot handle intensity.
