Towel dance classes are sooo challenging to me! So if you want to sweat and feel your heart and respiratory rate up in less than 20 minutes with low impact, then this is your class. If you have hardwood or tile floors, fuzzy socks can work instead of a towel. If you have carpet, disposable paper or plastic plates can work under your feet if you don't have gliders.

Great class when you need a quick (mostly standing) class that brings some warming cardio. Legs and hips aren't left behind, despite the name of this class. I added this on to another short one but could be good as a short stand-alone.

Try this class if you like: punches, red light barre series of elegant strength, hip tucks for daaaays, and building fire in your legs, glutes, and abs. Jump options in the beginning with cardio, some plank work involved, and a pilates-esque ab burn. This class nods to Signature moves, but in a nice stray from routine. Uses the barre and hand weights, and totals up to 10-12 minutes on the floor/mat.

LOVED this! 30 minutes of mental-engagement, no standing, anaerobic warmth building stretch and sculpt. Class packs a lot of choreography combinations and I enjoyed *all* of them. My plank-flow girls will love this class. Never have I ever felt push-ups feel beautiful. Great class for cycle days and cramps, and would be wonderful in the morning if you need something to build upon but do NOT want standing/bouncing/aerobic. *Another add to my Favorites list*

M/BODY Pride classes are so joyful! This brings the sweat, sculpt, and stretch in one class. I liked the different twists on abs and the booty-centric work.

This class remains in my Favorites list - it brings cardio bursts that challenge me but feel great, it incorporates abdominal work throughout the ENTIRE class, and the barre series feels athletic and graceful. The words woven into class are joyful, loving, and celebratory.

This WAS a "sleepover dance party" as Marnie describes, and these are easiest for me to do in my own space so I can feel the freedom to move and not worry how that looks or if I am a step behind. Bouncy, joyful, and forever Tina Turner's Proud Mary means we are feeling it- a great reminder it is good to be alive and to move in this class. Need a few steps to each side, a kick's length in front and behind you, so this sweaty, all standing (dancing), no-equipment class is great for on the go.ย

This was definitely full-body Signature, but Iโ€™d say it felt most like an oblique-focused class overall. I paused and rewound 10 seconds a few times as Marnie moves quickly into the next moves. I had to FIGHT for that plank series. Like, earrings off, kicking up sand, scrappy dirty fight- Iโ€™ll try to return to this one just to try to conquer that brief but challenging plank series. It got me this time (I needed to drop to my knees after each round and added in a downward dog twice with some words).

Ohhhh this was a great one! Lots of hip circles, tucks, and activation of pelvic floor and core throughout standing and when on the mat. Definitely a fun and spicy class I'll be returning to.
