Fabulous no-equipment, all floor class, that maintains a steady pace and keeps your mind present (some holds but felt fairly quick at times and builds warmth). Class itself is close to 40 minutes and I say this so you leave yourself the full time for the final stretch and mindful meditative words at the end, rather than rush if you only have 30 minutes available for a class.

Holy LEGS!! This all-standing class gets your legs fired up and shaking. It has some bounces and optional jumps, but this can be modified for a complete low-impact class. I felt core engagement and hip work, but it was very gentle on arms and shoulders if those need a rest.

Ohh a nice little bit of everything- my legs were really shaking in relevé in this class!

This has some slightly longer holds, but it moves steadily and mindfully. This can be added to my later evening classes (by candlelight and/or a string of white lights), when I need some movement but don’t want to get into activating/high intensity work.

Echoing those before me: beautiful ballet inspired class. All standing, uses one larger weight (I held both of my 3 lb. weights in one hand), and is a wonderful stretch barre class. Low impact, graceful movements that also has a few balance checks.

Fabulous 60-minute Signature with some wonderful focal points on pecs, obliques, and hamstring and glutes. Uses all equipment and blends standing, barre work, and down on the mat. It was a special challenge doing work on one knee while leaning on the barre- I will come back to continue working on form. Celebrating a Challenge is always a good time, and this class honors Yvonne’s M/BODY Anniversary ❤️3❤️ (which makes me wonder if it’s Kady’s as well?)

No equipment workout was perfect for traveling to the beach! I just needed to move around to provide some kicking space and leg extensions. It was bouncy class, kept my heart rate up, and felt great!

Amazing playlist (posted on Marnie Alton’s profile on Spotify) to go with slightly-slower-but-not-too-slow choreo combinations. Class stays easily low impact and has a great flow!

Ohh fun and quick switch ups of sequences with weights starting early on. Sculpty sweat with some optional jumps but not as bouncy as sweat classes can be.

Had a chance to catch up on this standing class- yes it’s core (yes you can do it while cramping), but it’s also legs and arms and it felt wonderful after a day of travel! 100% all standing until ending class reverence on the floor, and all low impact (zero jumps, just optional light bounce in warmup), and uses handweights but could be done without.
