Returning to this class and I love the change-up to the warmup and to the end of class stretches which uniquely continue to use the ball. The choreography continues to tickle my brain, so approaching it with focus, curiosity, and playfulness is less frustrating. The challenges of the floor work with the ball felt so good!

So true Rachel! My mom joined me in 2022 for my birthday class and she continues to be grateful I’m anchored into M/BODY. Here for the health, staying for the support and connection. 💝

Ohhh this was a challenge and one I’ll return to in an effort to stay up for longer counts before dropping down. At least I got back up each time. The energy of the community in #mbodyglobalfam helps- stay to the end after stretches to honor the 300th Live! And as Marnie says in this class: “Uncomfortable doesn’t mean I can’t. You get used to being uncomfortable when it builds strength and connection; when it gets us out of numb.” Currently my arms and shoulders are in the afterlife but I trust I’ll feel them again soon.

Hereby known as the Family Class- this is the perfect one to do with your family especially traveling! The energy is palpable, the choreography combinations are so incredibly FUN, challenging, but invitational. It was quick, strong, and ready for you to “climb mountains” with your loved ones. I will be returning to this upbeat class to keep working on this choreography ❤️

PLEASE check out this class: weights from early on with a mix of burns-so-good (happy cuss words) and postural work throughout. Not intense cardio but the fire you build will make you sweat. *favorited*

I forgot to comment after the Live- this class presents Signature choreo, with some baddie ballerina moments, and some floor work that brings some serious heat. My mom (69 years young) joined me in this class, and she was smiling at the things Marnie was saying, confirming it was a one-way video, and kept saying how glad she was that I found this special community. 🩵

This flickery fiery class keeps movement at a steady pace, upper body/lower body movement combos for your brain, and will have you glistening if not sweating in a very quick <20 minute workout. You’ll connect with your graceful, strong ballerina self although we did not work in relevé the whole time. Thank you for the sweet words!

PS comment - after a long day in high heels, this class gave the back of my body and my feet exactly the stretch and movement it craved.

I hadn't commented before so I wasn't sure if I had done this one, but I was at the Live as Marnie greeted me and I distinctly remember moving into plank dance very early on, and doing a downdog on the tops of my toes/toenails for the very first time. This class is beautifully grounded with mat centric work, slower pace, gorgeous and challenging variations of plank dances and work on all-fours. It feels rooted, connected, and powerful. This is strength, not bounce, and I appreciate beginning a long work day with the way my body and mind feels after this class.

Sending lots of love and strength to you- holding a mirror up for you to see yourself radiating that for others and part of this community along side of you to support you when you feel like collapsing. Hoping for healing, comfort, and connection to your special people.
