Long, warm summer day pace interwoven throughout class where we are not rushing. Solid 45 minute class with brief hand weights and using our ball behind our mid back and then lower back when down on the mat for the last quarter or fifth of class. Moving to a summer hits playlist (not specifically 2025 music, just summertime vibes).

Favorited! This slower BPM paced class brings that sweat and serious sculpt as we have our hand weights most of class and those ankle weights really add to it. No impact, but legit burn in all the best ways. Sweated out some toxins so this is a fabulous morning-after class if you had a late night out.
