This arms class FLIES by! Definitely arm-focused, but the hips and legs get a wonderful workout (and stretch) while working those arms. I combined this class with another short one, but it's a solid little stand alone for a quickie. Totally standing, no floor work, includes leg pulses and just a few optional jumps, but NOT a jumps/bouncy class if you need something no-to-low-impact.

This felt like an accessible, full body, went-pretty-quickly class. It did bring some planking/push-ups, but it flows, and you feel that strength you created afterward. Love the celebration of the online platform anniversary at the end ❤️

“Sassy freedom” FUN, bouncy class with a top notch 1980s playlist and 80s inspired moves felt especially in the cardio dance and mat work. This class is great for turning around a bad mood. Optional balas for legwork on the floor/mat if you have them.

Ab-tastic class!! Standing abs (hip tucks galore) then some plank work then some ball mat work… This class has the slow burn and sculpting but quick sequences that keeps the brain engaged. My hips/glutes were feeling the arm weight series and barre work. Completely full body and then melting into a 1-2 minute meditation of gratitude and self-love to our bodies which carried us through this powerful class. Next day: dancer’s dent, lower abs, and obliques are shouting a roll call with every move and laugh.

This grounded (all floor, no equipment although ball is optional back support) class warmed me up on a cold winter’s day, moved quickly with fabulous choreography sequences (some I needed to watch Marnie do once or twice first so I could follow along correctly), and it brought some challenge but also beautiful flow (aka elegant curse words for me). A lot of moving in and out of downward dog. The words of meditation at the end are SO important for you to hear, please listen in. The next day I am feeling this class in my obliques and abs.

classic M/Body moves that bring the heart rate and some sweat in a very short amount of time - perfect for when you need quick and easy (no props/equipment and all standing except very ending plank work) or as an add-on.

This was serious inner thigh (and all leg) work in a very quick, low impact, anaerobic class. I was feeling warmed up and worked very quickly. This would pair well with another short class (such as arms or a cardio dance), but I was looking for something short for this morning and hope to do a restorative flow class tonight. Use of the movement ball is great in between knees toward the end of class, but this could be an equipment-free class if needed.

This class felt SO good during it, and challenging at many times. The superwoman move on the mat with the ball under forehead and hand weights was out of control! I felt incredibly strong after class especially in my postural muscles, and the morning after I am FEELING it everywhere. I used my trusty 3 lb. weights (holding both in one hand at the barre), but can I get a welfare check on my girls who used 5 lb. weights?? 😮‍💨💪💖

All standing barre class (only down on the mat for the final wide straddle stretch and meditation). Zero impact class, no bounce or jumps, but serious leg work that stretches from toes up through postural core muscles. My legs were shaking, my hips were loosening and feeling so warmed up, and that balletic flow feels so beautiful even if I'm catching the choreography. Use of breath is so powerful for staying in the fire and for the leg lifts. Progress and not perfection always. Will return to this class when I need that balletic flow with ease of pulses instead of jumps (great class for headaches or sinus pressure when you need movement but bouncing and inversions do not feel good).
