PR is less than an hour further than FL while flying. No passport required for US people (though I suggest we ALL have a passport in general).

Aww thanks Micaela! Puerto Rico is stunning. As far as arms go, don’t shy away from Planks + Push-ups classes and follow Marnie’s advice of “don’t drop your arms!” during hand weights/arm dance portions of classes, and the toned arms follow (maybe with a few choice words along the way, but it feels good to be strong!).

Powerful 60 Signature class with (personal) brain engagement throughout especially the cardio dance moves (want to add a lasso hand motion? Giddyup) and the leg/glutey choreography going from table top down on the mat to a LOW rise with a working leg (you’ll understand when you’re there). The Movement Ball is a VIP in the last 1/4 or so of class with some super fun and new ankle/foot twist work with it! We use the ball all over (behind our lower back, in between ankles, squeezed between our knees, held in our hands with outstretched and working arms). The country playlist is fun, but if you’re not into that genre of music please still try this class for the choreography Marnie masterfully put together.

I wanted a quick abdominal work this morning, and this felt so good in shoulders and core - one heck of a challenge still, but wonderful to have the ball and be on it and challenge myself off of it with those gorgeous side plank moves. We can do hard things!

Sooo good after sitting for a while or holding onto some tension (physically/emotionally). Quick, gentle, floor work that did not bring a sweat but brought the lovely release.

I asked my child to pick a # to help me choose a class... he chose 300, and this remains a short but challenging class to me every time! So I'm glad it was the chosen one to remind me it's okay to struggle no matter how long I've been doing classes.

Baddie of a power sculpt class. Marnie rocks 15 lb hand weights and I used what was doable for me: 10 lbs. I was both struggling through and loving the combos we worked up to that brought us in a side plank dance and the push up combo. The last few reps I needed to not balance on my weights and just flat palm my mat for my wrists/hands. We start standing and bring some combos down to the mat and up again. Some pulses but zero jumps and intentional pace. I feel STRONG after this one!
