In my opinion, all the cataloged workouts are tremendous! However, if you're feeling stuck, I love M<BODY 195- I mean it has Return of the Mack by Mark Morrison on the playlist! And the IRL energy is simply amazing. This is my go-to when I'm feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Hey Rachel! I love the M<20 Dancers Legs ( it's the opening title card on the web and app) when I need to get back in the swing of things. The tempo is nice pace and the mood is just right. If you're looking full body I love M<45 Low Impact 248. Enjoy your time getting back in the swings of things. I'm rooting for you love!!

This class continues to be fav! I have experienced tremendous growth since last year when we did this live together. This was so hard for me!! I continue to grow and learn daily and that's I love M/Body. I can revisit a class over and over, and it's always a new experience. So cool!! BTW, I love the ballet sculpts!!!
